There is some symbology in unit monitor which I am unable to find the meaning. From the left to right:
Zoom + - OK
Map - OK
Zoom - - OK
Picture of unit - does this show something? Like changing position standing/prone?
Bar - What is this? Maybe the rank of unit?
Chevron - What is this?
Purple bar - What is this?
Blue bar - What is this?
Name of unit with order - OK
Faces - color coded status of individual soldiers
Fire ranges with damage expectations - in 10ms quality of attack for AT/AP
Smoke and grenade - possesion of smoke and grenades
Truce/Flee - proposal of Truce, order to Flee

Thank you for explanation.

Hi godvood - welcome to the forums.
Pic of unit: just a symbol so you can see what unit type is selected - not animated.
Bar - or the first box to the right of unit pic: Its the rank of the Unit leader affecting the currently selected unit. - This might be a 2.lt, 1.lt or a Major for example.
Chevron - or second box right of unit pic: This is the rank of the leader of the current unit.
Purple and blue bars: Signify levels of morale and experience of the unit.
Faces- are colour coded to show if the soldier are OK, incapacitated, dead, surrendered, etc
