I guess most possible opponents aren't willing to play either side, and your xp lvl is also missing.

Either side was me. As in I do not mind playing as Central powers or the Entente.
Not sure what xp level means; I can beat the AI on most difficult level by 1916 but then its an AI human players will be very different.
