Can we use api of the map from QGIS?

I found a beautiful DPRK map from official Korean government (Ministry of Unification) website
https://nkinfo.unikorea.go.kr/NKMap/main/viewMain.do
It has much detailed road / railroad data of DPRK then any other map I saw from QGIS plugins. It is very slow from outside of RoK, but map itself is not important. Important for AB map is data and api for map.
This website does not provide anything about map data or api. But website says map is provided by geo contents company "Vworld"

Vworld is also operated by RoK government. (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) They provide open API service. Now I need to make an account there and download api.
But what api is needed for QGIS and map modding for map editing for AB? I have no idea about loading API from QGIS and etc. They provides so many data types. If anyone let me know which api should be downloaded, maybe I can try something...
