I was just curious how many casualties you sustain when conquering poland.
In my current game Poland surrendered and I paid the price of 14 Land and 5 Air.

Historic losses were 10,570 KIA, 30,322 WIA and 3,469 MIA. A Warplan manpower point represents about 1500 men.
So 14 MP does not seem that bad.

KIA + WIA / 2000 = WarPlan Manpower..... although with Hindsight nothing will ever be historically matched.

You must be very lucky to just get out of Poland with 14 losses ground losses.
In general I suffer 20-30 minimum.

Historically under 50k casualties is was not bad. In game I tend to lose about 20-35 points depending. You have to take all the population centers I believe in the current patch so otherwise you could just avoid many units and drive straight to Warsaw maybe half that...

Playing Beta 4d. Poland has fallen. Casualties 21 land and 10 air. But this is including some fighting at the West Front (Allies managed to inflict 1 MP loss on a ground unit and some air losses).
I took Warsaw, Poznan and Cracow. They surrendered on 29 september. No cheating, no restarts. Just carefully picking my fights and avoiding low ratio attacks.

So slightly higher this time, but still "historical" if you apply Alvaro's calculation.
