Playing Europe 1942, 1943 as Allies, German AI plays first.

The problem is that all escorts are unassigned for all Allies countries. As such, my convoy are undefended the very first turn.
Could you consider adding some escorts to active convoy by default in those scenario?

Looks like at the start of any scenario, no escort is assigned.

Is it intent?

German subs need a turn to get out there but I will see what I can do
