In a PBEM as Axis I opened my turn 7. The report stated I did not have enough merchants to ship the Swedish ore and that Swedish ships would be used. Strange I thought as I havent lost a single merchant. Looked on trade tab and it says I have -10 merchants but I also recieved the resources. German HQ confused [:)].

Sorry ok I think I understand now. England declared war on Persia and Iraq and suddenly lots of merchants was sent to get their oil back to Germany. No bugIam guessing.
