I'm blockading Vladivostok with the Germans....I moved the Graf Spe from the Atlantic to the Pacific in time for my invasion of Russia in order to blockade the port, but it doesn't seem to be working. Can you only blockade the port with a Japanese ship? Does this make sense? Should it be allowed? Thanks.

You won't actually receive a message to say that the blockade is working, but Soviet income will be less than it would have been (assuming that the US is sending supplies to the USSR this way of course).
