Hex ownership issue

Very odd issue I am experiencing in a PBEM game that was started and it being played with 1.04d (we have no updated):

Italy is NOT at war with UK
Italy has declared war on the UK
Some of the territory in Yugo somehow has become UK territory. No UK troops ever involved.

Net result - Italian units cannot move in the "UK territory" nor attack the Yugo in "UK territory".

As a side note, in the same situation, Germany never declared war on Yugo, but can move units into any hexes taken by Italy, even thought Italy is not at war with any countries at war with Germany.

I little more info that might help. I believe the hexes where taken by Italian airborne, then retaken on retreat by Yugo. When retaken they became UK hexes and not Yugo hexes.

I'll check this out. Ownership and who controls what is always a problem. If I had to do it over I would remove country colors and just have neutral, allied, axis.

I see what is going on. Let me fix this.

Control is being given to France since it is the controller of Yugo instead of being back to Yugo.

Thanks. I always tell my team "I wish we could write every application twice":)

"I wish we could write every application twice"

Seems you can, I loved this post on how Slack chose to do it.
