Possible bug - 1.00.04e - Ghost Unit when Transporting

I've included the video. Started a new game with beta 4e. When I went to transport Italian troops down to Africa a ghost image remained in Italy. You can clearly see it with the armor unit and the others that followed at time 11:02 into the video. I just saw that 4f is up and I will install that and start a new game.
Note: When I exit the game and then load it up again, the ghost troops disappear in Italy but are transported to Africa.
