DE 317 provides for IJN interdiction of US aid through Vladivostock with naval units.

I am using a motor torpedo boat. I watch the graphs page but don't see data that addresses interdiction of such aid and the USSR, although getting about 580 mpps per turn income, is not attacking my boat, so I don't know if I'm interdicting or not.

Anybody have any ideas on where to find evidence of interdiction (short of Russians attacking my naval unit)?

Does the program recognize MTB as a "naval unit"?

It does, and the aid just stops coming. There is an event that can randomly fire that will inflict a few points of damage occasionally on the ship doing the blockading... but as things are this is kind of a mechanic that should be removed (since there is no practical way to counter... Russia is already weak enough without this).

this turn the axis first page was the script of things that happened and the first one was an announcement that Axis ships outside Vladivostock were attached by the soviets, answering the question.
