And it was that you had no CVP on one of the carriers?

No, I have Bearn at Pearl with the US fleet but was still getting the +2 penalty on DoW. Thought it might be the Bearn but it's simply that 2 of the SCS are CA's and won't count towards the 8 required. Fool of a Took[&:].
