[FIXED] 1121.4 - issues with new ABM logic

Hi,
Looks like there is some regression regarding behavior of ABMs. Attached is a scenario where an Aegis Ashore site detects an ABM attack using Iskander BMs, launches missiles but all of them miss. Because ABMs are not self-destructed, the Patriot battery at the target site doesn't automatically engage the first wave of Iskanders (they still have Aegis Ashore missiles allocated to them) so they all reach their target.
The same test scenario worked well with 1121.3 (BMs were partially intercepted)
Can somebody look into it please?:)

Just for info, I used a Tico armed with RIM-161Cs and -161Es and they successfully engaged and defeated a bunch of DF-21s without a problem. So, the ABM doesn't appear to be broken from ship-defended ABM attacks. I have found nothing wrong with this aspect of it.
I have not tested any of the shore-based weapons/attacks. Good luck.

Is this still an issue?

Hard to say. With B1285.1 and DB480 SM-3s get almost 100% success rate (weird by itself). So I can't really generate 'lots of missiles petered out' case because of such high efficiency. Also if the target is destroyed missiles in flight get re-targeted, so it is even harder to generate the test case. No change when I upgraded (with no deep rebuild) to DB496
I will open another bug if I see ABMs in flight targeting BMs which are impossible to intercept, not auto destructing and then blocking another shooter's queue.
I also created a DB update request which will make Iskanders fly below 100km (around 50, due to a flatter, semi ballistic flightpath). That way SM-3 with 100km+ intercept altitude will not even launch.
I would recommend you investigate this suspiciously high kill rate of SM-3s though (maybe it is WAD). This was much lower few Tiny betas back (SM-3s did not even launch in a very similar scenario (impossible to intercept before impact), but same was happening to Patriots which were the target). Then recently this behavior changed and now SM-3s and Patriots are doing suspiciously very well
