How do you add a unit to the map in the Editor?

Using the editor I can move, delete units to the map. I can add units to the construction queue too. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to add a unit to the current map. Is there a button??
Unit Build – Allows the placement of units on the map or to the build queue. Also allows the creation of names. If a custom name is put into the text field the editor will pull from there before the list. Check all settings before placing a unit because it doesn’t validate advancement settings for a unit

Select the TYPE of unit you want from the drop down menu and then click on the hex where you wish to place it.

And I can't for the life of me figure out how to move and/or delete units on the map in the editor. Help!
Update: never mind I found it. Pressing the hotkey toggle revealed all

Hello, I can not find that drop down menu you say. When "Edit unit" is selected only two little black dots are shown in the lower right corner. they display something like a script editor(?).Help please¡¡¡

Ignoring the map edit button....
top row, 3 button Unit Edit = edit unit on map.
Country -> Unit Stats = edit unit stats for that country. You can figure it out from there
Country -> Unit Build = create units for the map

I'm able to add units fine if I edit Europe 1944 scenario, but if I edit the North Africa 1941 scenario, then when I go to Country -> Unit Build and click on the map it says "Toggle units on before click on the map"
I looked around and I can't find that option. Where would that be?

Heelo, I think you must click at the top of the screen The "U" option show units on/off. when "show units off" option is selected you can not add units
