Hi I have a hard copy of game bought a few years ago,on my new computer I atemped to load and I get message to activate online or manually ,then says online site can't be found,manually doesn't work as address given doesn't work??

In the Matrix Support section register your game using your game's reg code. Once registered, you can download a newer version of the game that doesn't require activation.
