problems downloading games onto new pc with windows 10

I have several games that I had downloaded on my old pc running windows 7. I recently bought a new pc that has windows 10. the new pc came with "pc mover' that moved files from old pc to new pc. I tried the games, but they didn't work. I re downloaded Order of Battle-Bliztkreig as it is free on matrix site, and was able to get into OOB, but the mouse wouldn't work properly. It only scrolled on middle of screen, wouldn't go below the bottom third of screen to click on buttons.
I uninstalled all 4 of the games, then redownloaded from matrix under "my games", using serial numbers. The games went through the normal download process, taking me to a screen where I "extracted". I've tried opening the opening on games by clicking on icons on desktop and also from list when hitting windows button. When I click on icons on desktop, I get error saying "windows cannot find C:\Matrix games\carriers at war\autorun.exe" Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again". I see OOB can be played through Steam, so I may create an account and attempt to play those through it. The other games are not available through Steam (Carriers at War, Gary Grigsbys World at War a world divided, and Battle of Britain.
Any help would be appreciated.
