Minor Private Patch v1.05v6

Hi all,
There have been some minor fixes done by Cameron. Thanks Cameron!

To apply patch v1.05v6 you just need to replace the "barbarossa.dc3" file in the BarbScenarios/ directory of your game directory with the same named file in the zip file.
When properly installed and starting a new game the SCENARIO SETUP window shows below Scenario:Barbarossa in the top the small text line: "16th jan 20 - Cameron - v1.05v6" instead of "30rd jan 18 - Cameron - v1.05v5".
If you feel technically challenged manually replacing files please wait a few weeks and I'll request the publisher to include it in the automatic patch process.
Change list v105v6:
-Several Rail Conversion decision options ('Rail Infrastructure' and 'Signalling Equipment') were giving incorrect adjustments to the rail conversion efforts of the construction Bn's. Thanks to kolyan77 for picking this up.*
-The Soviet Reinforcement schedule in the Briefing tab had some inconsistencies that have resolved (no changes to reinforcements simply aligning what the information tells you with what actually happens). Thanks to mightyPeon for this one.*
*=both these fixes requires new game start to be in effect
