Looking for a Japanese Opponent (Closed)

I'm fairly new to the game, but have really enjoyed getting to know the simulation, reading AARs and lurking in the War Room. Seeking an opponent to play the role of the Japanese Commander - preferably someone with limited experience like me. Here are some thoughts on settings and house rules should be reasonable, but may be negotiated.

Air and ground replacements OFF
Turn cycle 1 TURN
HOUSE RULES
No 4e naval bombing below 10k
Para units dropping only if they completely concentrated at 1 base
