Is it possible to enable the campaign strategy manual button for custom campaigns? I have a .pdf file in the following folder, but it doesn't work. Does it need a certain name? I tried the same file in the official, Matrix install folder and it didn't work there either.


C:\Users\mroye\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War in Europe\Campaigns\_Bellum Galaxia\Manuals\Bellum Galaxia Strategy Guide.pdf

The campaign is named Bellum Galaxia.

If you place a file called Strategy.pdf into the campaign’s own relevant sub-directory, e.g.:
<user path>\Campaigns\<campaign subfolder> \Docs\Strategy.pdf

Then it should work, please confirm?

Thanks - been interesting, exasperating and fun. Still needs a lot of work to actually play-test the thing.

I've just realised that I misunderstood something. Basically, what I've suggested should work after the next patch has been released. Hopefully not long now.

That does look great, I love all the mods but there's something about this one for being so different that I am very much looking forward to seeing it in action. [:)]

Okie-dokie... I just tried it with a very early test "beta" of v1.17 that Hubert sent to me for another reason and it didn't work there either. Perhaps that beta pre-dates the update to add the feature.

Unfortunately that fix was not in place for your beta version, but should be for the next update that will hopefully be ready soon.
