42 Campaign - seeking good Russian

I'm ready for a 42 Campaign game playing German.
Prefer:
- FoW (but no MFoW - takes to much time).
- No para and invasions (to much bickering).
- standard setting and we adjust for later game of one of us is way ahead.
I can play one turn a day but when travelling on job then only weekend. Playing fast and aggressive.
