I have seen AAR's showing US Corps fighting along side Russians. Apparently moved by ship to Russia.

How about the British?
I have a British unit trying to move up into Russia by way of Persia but the game does not allow it to enter.
Situations shown below, if it uploaded. It's 1943 and everyone is at war.
Oddly the unit can even move adjacent to the border or use RR to enter.
Is there anything about this units situation that would block it?
Would a US unit be able to enter this way?

Allied units should not be able to enter Russia, there was a bug that allowed them to some time back.

That is what I thought might be the case but wanted to be sure.
