On Friday 14th February I purchased Command LIVE Complete Bundle direct from the Matrix website, I received all eleven emails with the Download Order Information.

I play CMO through Steam.

I've been able to activate the Broken Shield 300 scenario using the Steam key that came with the email but every time I attempt to activate any of the other ten scenarios I get an error message in Steam saying: "Please activate the original game" error message. As you can see from this screenshot, I have CMO and play it via Steam, you can also see that the Broken Shield 300 scenario is activated and also two other DLCs I purchased a couple of weeks ago: https://imgur.com/a/TOcjFQf

So, how can I activate all the other ten Command LIVE scenarios ?

have you converted the other keys to steam keys?

as every key from matrix is a site key, while some keys are also a steam key, not every game and dlc are like this, and need converting in your my page support page as per instructions

For Broken Shield 300, the serial key and the steam key are completely different and for this scenario, I've been able to activate it using the steam key.

For the other 10 scenarios, the serial key and the steam key are identical when I look at "My Page" after logging in on the Slitherine website.

When I enter the steam key, I get the error message "Please activate the original game" error message. Please see screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/VrC3Sqt

ok, just a thought tbh, maybe you will have to wait for a official support reply im sorry to say [:(]

in the meantime, reboot steam and the pc and see if a clean boot sorted it, nothing to lose tbh

just wondered tbh, as can't find another post or advice to offer tbh on the subject, and that not from looking, reading and trying, time spent etc[:(]

I sent my ticket on Saturday afternoon, with it being the weekend I wasn't really expecting a reply, now it's Monday, I'm hoping to get a reply today.

It finally got solved today. The production team fixed an issue this morning with the Steam keys.

The Steam keys I was originally issued both on MY PAGE of the Slitherine site and in the emails I received weren't actually Steam keys.

glad you got sorted and can now finally play the game, yes not something i can do but, enjoy the game, one of the best out there there is, imo
