Can anyone explain how the allocation MM works for the Allies.
It seems that US MM is used for the Atlantic convoys when UK is short, even before they are at war. Is that correct ?
I have some Canadian MM, I thought they were applied to the lead country's total but they are not being used. Is that a bug or will they be used when they are needed ?

Yes, I built some Canadian and they are showing on the Canada build screen, so no transfer.

Ok I'll have to add something to auto transfer new MMs. Forgot you can build them for a minor.
