Operation Encore 1945 version 4.0

Celebrating the Monte Castelo takeover 75th anniversary (February 21st, 1945), in memory of Brazilian, American and German soldiers that died serving their nations and apologizing to Italians that also died and/or lost their homes and assets, I´ve revisited the Operation Encore 1945 scenario, fixing some bugs as the theater recon values and converting it to TOAW IV 4.1.0.40 patch.
