Sadly I haven't managed to have a game go in to the winter in Russia yet.

So my question for the dev or other players is, do the rivers in the Arctic weather zone freeze in winter?

No that is not in the game.

That is surprising. But also another false advantage for Germans in Russian Winter.

The blizzard already shuts them down.

You miss the point. The point is the Germans can hide behind rivers (rivers that should freeze) to stem Soviet winter attacks.

I thought about it and I think I will put it in for the Blizzard. I'm pretty sure I can implement it easily.
