I am playing Europe Aflame scenario and every turn I turn off the Air Assistant, but it won't stay turned off. I have it turned off the Player Option as well.

Is this a bug, or am I not doing something right.

Turn off the Air Assistant and then save your game and close down TOAW. As it closes it will write a flag to the .INI file to indicate that the Air Assistant is to be
turned off. Next time you boot TOAW and load your game I predict that the Air Assistant will be turned off.

Just realized I am on update 4.1.0.21. Now updating to latest. Hopefully, it will fix it.

Larry, I take it back. After I reread your instructions, I realized that I did not follow the instructions as written. I will try it when I get my next turn. Thank you.

Thank you. It appears to be working for the most part. However, in the Europe Aflame scenario, the Russia air force is still arbitrarily changing to ignore losses and some units are still switching to combat support or interdiction, at least they are not doing strikes on their own. As this is the first turn since I have made the changes, I will be looking to see if if continues. The British and French seem to be working with the same orders that I had given them when I ended the turn.
