I just downloaded the scenario #23 offered to us by Andy Mack and started running through some turns and all of a sudden I've started getting error messages from Tracker. I seen to be missing some devices. Did I download an old version of the scenario or something?

These threads have been supersceded by the one in the tech thread with the full set of new installers

He doesn't link it, but it's here. Of course, that group of updates does not include Scen 23, so presumably it morphed into either 10 or 17. These are not the most recent updates, of course, but they are the last ones fully compatible with the original map (his newer scenarios add quite a few new bases).
