Basically, his art mods are posted right on this page. You have to download your choice of one of the units.png picture files above that Hellway placed in this thread. The "Save image as" function should do it. Then place it in C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\Campaigns\Europe 1939. You can also pick the particular campaign scenario folder you want to use the mod in like Europe 1940, Europe 1942, Operation Barbarossa 1941, etc. Start the corresponding scenario and it should be there.

Oh, and after you download (save) one you should change the name to "units.png" before putting it in the scenario folder if it isn't called that already. I've noticed some of the .png files above have "alt" names that the game engine probably won't recognize.

I can not see the naval counters shaped as a hex, not in any of the sets. Maybe I miss something.

That's probably because there aren't any such files currently posted in this thread. Hairog's naval counters here are mostly standard squares and rectangles. You'll likely have to look to another mod for hexagonal naval counters if any. Looks like Hairog hasn't been active for about two years so asking him could result in a long wait.

In june 2023 I have sent Hairog a PM concerning his mod. So far no reply from him.
