FYI: Placing my transports on convoy route when moving to Persian Gulf and got this message in a Hotseat game.

Maybe the panzers were stacked on the deck and firing at the merchant ships...

Ok I know what that is. You had a transport fleet be on a convoy lane. no damage but...

I gotta make sure transport fleets can't attack convoys. Good spot.
