Sub Supply

Since a sub expends 1 supply each time it raids a convoy route, I assume that when it's supply reaches zero, it will no longer be able to raid. Is this correct? Thanks.
That is correct. Fortunately the game was changed so that 0 supply subs cant block supply or dive. A few years back a 0 supply sub could sit at the corner of the map block supply into perpetuity, continue to gain experience and dive dive dive.
