Looking for allied player for Between the Storms: Heavy(Scen 55) (CLOSED)

Hii,
It seems I have a slow paced GC running currently so I would be looking for an Allied player for the available extra time for Between the Storms: Heavy(Scen 55). PDU on and Unrealistic R&D on is a must. rest is up to agreement. But I am inclined to discuss no HR for strategic bombing as it might provide depth to game play since Liz is available.
Anyone interested.
