Any thoughts why this fallschirmjager unit cannot execute an air drop. It is at 100% effectiveness, has two air transports available (I think) and is not adjacent to an enemy unit. Are there other criteria needed to make the drop?

Figured it out all myself [:)]
Turns out, I hadn't declared war on Denmark yet, so there were no valid drop targets in range. Following the DoW, the ability was enabled.

It threw me off (catch-22 style) because I didn't want to DoW until I could use the air drop, but I couldn't use the air drop until I DoW'd. Next time I'll know.
