Dangers of Special Supply in Wir 3.3 - Do high Readiness Russian Units shatter

I am new to wir 3.3 and playing Russian.
Is there a danger of large combat units shattering when attacked by Germans in June/July/August of 1941 if I use special supply (definitely no mules) to raise their readiness preferrably up to 90-100%. The same should apply to German units under blizzard conditions at the end of the year.
I understand this bug has been fixed and units should only shatter if readiness is very low.

Based on comments, I believe this is still a problem for the Soviets. So the moral is not to boost readiness, which has a side benefit of reducing casualties. I have passed it onto Arnaud to apply the same penalty as the Germans in the 1941 blizzard, but haven't heard yet if he will.

Is Russian inability to use special supply due to shatter risk forever or only during the first two months. (July/AUgust 1941). When is it safe to start using special supply or is it always dangerous?

Matt et al,

It is definitely only at the beginning, for the first 2-3 months I believe. But Arnaud wasn't even aware it was happening so I am not sure of the details yet. I will post when I find out more.
