Just a suggestion for the command points box. When that opens I would suggest highlighting only the leaders' names that are affordable for the number of points collected. Or, highlight the background on the name slot.
The others (too expensive) should be readable, for future reference.
One can just barely make out the names of leaders that are already active and "on the board."
I'd like to see a little bit more activity here, with perhaps news of medals earned in battle and/or an increase in the three capabilities.
There are number of ways to give this game some pizzazz.
Related, maybe you can explain a little bit about when a leader "calls an air offensive." Is their a cost for this?

Good suggestion on the highlights. I think I can do that easily.

Medals - WarPlan is a wargame based on board games. So the focus is less pizzazz and more depth.

Stats - They do go up as a general fights combats. Weaker generals go up faster than stronger ones.

Air offensive - This is just a simple mechanism calling all available bombers to air strike once all enemy within the HQs command range.

But I like a bit of pizzaz[:D]

Would it be possible to report it when a general goes op in stats. Or is that already in, but I never noticed?

As unrealistic that is I still can do it.
