Appogise if this has already been covered but a search has not turned anything up.

I've never liked the economics in Distant Worlds and always pined for the ability to build up a planet's infratucture i.e. factory, mines, farm etc as you can in MOO. Is this going to happen in DW2?

I wouldn't mind a food resource and the ability to make agricultural worlds. Insect races could use conquered races as a food supply even their own racial family. [8D]
