03.01.00.02 Kamikazi problem

Situation is China Sea, US initiates a search. The Japs fly the G3 to 4 Box and B5 to 0 box. The US commits subs and the Japs get option to select Kamikazi option in a Naval air. Search rolls are 1 Allies and 2 Axis. Problem is they cannot click on the the G3 to stop a Kamikazi attack. There appears no way to not order the Kamikazi attack.
