I complete a turn on the multi player option and receive an error stating that the email is not sent when the turn is completed to the other player. any suggestions? thanks

This is just a known PBEM++ server error at the moment. My understanding is they are looking into the issue and correcting it as soon as possible.

Yes and the game should continue fine, I believe the server is just having issues with sending out emails at the moment.
