Why wouldn't Russia, get the moral boost for the landings in France and Italy? Did something change when 1.17 came out? I've been in both areas for some turns, and Russia did not get a morale boost for either landing. I have secured one port on the island of Sicily, and have about 3 ports in western France. All at full strength. I landed in summer of 43.

Its bad enough trying to stop Axis with out no morale boost. Forget it now.

Come to think of it I dont think I saw a SU NM increase After I had a foothold in France.

Nothing has changed with the relevant scripts, though they do require Moscow to be in Allied hands to fire, could that be it?

That's it. Didn't know that. Moscow was not in Allied hands at that time. Thanks!
