This looks okay to me.
Germany has 2 factories in Dusseldorf and one of them is damaged. The other one is producing.
The red factory that Germany controls in Paris is damaged and not producing.
The numbers in parentheses following the word Factory denotes the number that could be producing - presently. If you didn't have a resource going to Dusseldorf, then it would still show as Factory (1) but with 0 producing.

I see that, thanks, but my question was more about the factories and build points columns in the summary.
It is listing 34 all producing (51 BP), instead of 32 producing (48BP).
It seems like the damaged factories are still being counted as producing; Germany received the extra BP last turn.

I have cropped the image to focus on the question:
Why doesn't the figure 32 appear at A "producing"?
(I gather B, C, & D will all flow from that.)

Same answer - sort of.
There are 34 controlled & producing factories. The 2 Damaged factories are not included in the Controlled count.
You can use the Expanded Layout to see the 34 Controlled factories, plus the 2 Damaged ones, but doesn't 'count' them.

Thanks Steve, I see how that works now.
