I have downloaded and installed the mod and the latest scenario pack. I have also installed the counter mod because I like this better and am rather sure I copied all files into the correct folders. In some scenarios there are some graphics glitches, for example tank turrets with black counters or unit graphics of the original mod. What did I wrong?

I'm glad you were able to solve the problem. I seem to recall that some other friend on this forum also had a similar problem.
