Russian armour cost

Playing a PBEM with the new patch or is it scenario related Russian armour again cost the same as mech.
We are in 43 and I am pretty sure the first armour I built early in the game took 7 months so I think something might have changed.

Which scenario is it?
Did you start your PBEM with 1.00.06 or with an earlier update?

I have just checked by firing
Europe 1944 with
1.00.06 update.
Mechanized cost is here.

Armor cost is here and seems correct.

You have indeed a problem but it may be something linked to an earlier update bug. And a saved PBEM scenario will perhaps keep it.
This is just assumption from my side.
I am sure Alvaro will take a look.

Data is saved per scenario.
Only game mechanics is the change to the engine.
