Hey Mike,
Can you make those options more explicit? Is it making use of the rule (that prohibits mules) or of mules? There's a difference between those, you know.
And I actually don't know why you posted this poll. What you say is clearly against the current rule, since it involves 2 HQ changes. What's the point - to see if WiR players can count up to two?!:D

I am clarifying my interpretation of what the Mule HQ rule means...if one applies it in a game. I had not played this "administrative" rule before.

IF one plays a game with the HQ Mules "administrative" rule in play...then is this specific series of actions within one turn
forbidden because it makes use of an HQ as a Mule.
The poll attempts to clarify in simple terms...if one does the following sequence of steps in one turn...then is this making use of an HQ as a mule?
"Administrative" rule...is House Rule where players are on their honour to respect the rules that have been agreed to....over and above the TECHNICALLY imposed rules per the game. ie. One cannot change HQ after doing a MOVE...is a TECHNICALLY imposed rule. An "Administrative" rule might be that one is NEVER allowed to change the general of any HQ .
Trusting the above helps.
I tried to make the vote very specific. Is the series of actions in one turn...making use of Mule HQ?

OK, house rules. Latest version:
http://warinrussia.daves-universe.com/r ... rules.html
Rule #1:
1) A corps can only make one change of its commanding HQ per turn.
As you can see, this rule is very specific. It doesn't even mention the word "mule".
Does the sequence of moves you describe go against this rule?Yes.
Why? Because it involves 2 changes of HQ.
So what does this poll actually check? Well, how many WiR players can count up to two.

Change HQ once...

The debate is whether the rule is interpreted more strictly.
Thanks for the web page...
As noted, the rule states :
1) A corps can only make one change of its commanding HQ per turn.
Ed and my potential opponent Matt...
are interpreting that even one HQ change "after" special supply
is making use of a Mule HQ. This is because the HQ potentially doing the combat...will be different from the one providing supply.
Could there be different versions of the House Rule?
I-personally; find this attention to the sequence of doing "special supply" to be very restrictive.
As noted on the voting poll, the interpretation remains somewhat uncertain. I interpret one of the three voting options as definite use of a Mule HQ. It is there to ensure understanding and consistency among the voters.
