During one turn, one can do all of the following :
A) do Special Supply(NOT air supply) for Combat Unit A ...[from HQ that controlled it during combat of last turn]

B) Change Combat Unit A ...to a different HQ.

C) Change ones mind immediately and change again to a different HQ.

D) Move or plot movement for during combat.

True...This is USE of MULE HQs.
False...This is NOT use of MULE HQs.
Dont Know...what difference between a Mule HQ and a normal regular HQ .

What's a Combat Unit: a division or a korps?!

sorry, in other editions of this vote, i clarified that it was a whole Korps/Corps. It is NOT a component such as a Division, Batt, or Bn.
