Request for next patch (update)

Open Supply Allocation Panel.
Could you please consider keeping the dialog box sticky so we have the option to toggle it on or off screen. At the moment it disapears when I use any key command like C to shuffle units in the stack. That way, the tree heirarchy stays open and i dont have to keep going back to the barrel icon and drilling down. V. useful to keep open for OOB overview and quick nav.
Something to consider next patch perhaps?
