Cannot change nation in Production menu

Only when playing in 3840 x 2160.
Clicking any other flag than the UK one does not work.
When I close the Production menu, the Convoy menu is ALSO open.
Suggestion: Do a pass on all the menus and when they open/close (only open one menu at a time).
Add keyboard shortcuts (F1 = Prod, F2= Convoy, etc).
