Apologies if ive done this in the wrong place, but i am new to forums. I need help with the following question.

In panzer corps 2 how and when do i ,can i upgrade my German aircraft i am playing Russian Campaign Kursk. My other units tanks,infantry etc i can all upgrade to newer equipment but i cannot upgrade my aircraft. I try to upgrade my Bf109 but there is no upgrade. Please help and advice its so frustrating .
