The first is where i believe a rr cut occurred in the highlighted hex.

the rr is repaired all the rest of the way almost to Moscow.

Causing huge mp's for tanks now deep in russians rear areas

the second is the battle reports?

no cut shown.

i would like to hand out the highest medal for the Soviet Union but whom shall receive it?

this was not a turn where there were many battles to report.

I think the bug was caused by partisan attacks being cleared during Soviet logistics phase (only the Germans had the chance to see them). I have changed it, so they are now cleared like interdiction attacks.

In this case the sequence should be:
a) Axis logistics removes partisan battle reports from previous turn
b) new partisan attacks are made later in the Axis logistics phase
c) Axis player sees new partisan battle reports
d) Soviet logistics phase keeps those reports
e) Soviet player sees new partisan battle reports
f) go to a)
