Failed-Segmentation Error.

Returned to an ongoing campaign after a two month break. Now when I click on an HQ unit I get the above error code and a CTD. Never a problem before. Uninstalled and reinstalled...no luck. Only mod used then and now is the 1.2v Iron X unit graphic mod.
However...when I start a brand new Fall Weis 5.0 campaign I have no problems.

I have the same problem since I have installed the last version of the game. If I click on an HQ to change the way it works (auto, semi,...) the game crashes with a Failed-Segmentation Error. I have tried to play without the mod and it works.

You'll need to update the graphics mod to correct the issue. The latest version can be found here, and it works for both War in Europe and for World at War as the package has become unified.
