The website is still being worked on but should be fully functional as far as members replying to and submitting posts. Please report any issues to the contrary.

Anyway to enable my user account to log into the forums over there? I have an account (same name as here), but it keeps telling my I do not have access to the site's private area.

You're the first to report this issue you're having so I don't presently know of a fix. In the meantime I suggest re-registering and see if you're at least able to access the forum with 'member accessibility' privileges using another ID.

Does this mean Norbsoftdev is still developing? Or is it just a support site for the existing titles?

It means that the former website crashed because of an update and had to be replaced with a newer, update friendly, version. Last I heard, Norb wasn't developing any new games.
