I think it would be beneficial to players for you to light up the country flag icon on the deployment dialogue box page (when troops are ready to deploy) so that one knows that troops are ready for a deployment.
It's kind of a pain to click through each one and oftentimes players forget and didn't know that they had troops ready to deploy.
Another suggestion is when one embarks a ground unit, almost 100% of the time that unit is going to be sailing to another port or invasion or whatever. Yet after embarking the unit becomes unselected and one has to click it all over again to initiate action.
I mentioned this one previously: when you're on the production page it defaults to Germany which is fine. Most of the time.
But say I then switch into the deployment screen and I look at Italian troops ready to deploy. Then I switch back to the production page and it **should bring up Italy again** so it's ready to produce. But it defaults back to Germany and I and other players have broke the bank building things quickly thinking that they were in a particular country (in this case Italy) but it had defaulted back to Germany.

#2 The way it is done now is to prevent mistakes. It's already been tested the other way.

#3 This is a zero sum gain. If I swap it someone else will complain they want to see the 1st country not the same.

Thanks for the consideration! But:
I want what's logical and efficient.
When one clicks on a ground unit to embark it, the plan is to move it, not to let it sit there embarked, waiting to the very end of the turn to move, or to have the embarked men drink beer for two weeks.
If you're in Italy Deployment, switch back to Italy for the production page, not Germany.
