server will not load new turns ready to play. seems to be a problem connecting to the server.

I also am having an issue with Warplan pbem. When I select Start Turn on one of my games it gets stuck at “communicating with server” and I can’t get to my turn.

Only happens with one particular challenge I have with ncc1701e rest of my challenges are ok


Restarting the game didn’t help

This is perhaps due to the fact I have installed the beta patch for testing the corrections included.

I am currently playing with two other persons:

Guys, do you have the same problem? I have just sent my turn to you hairog after beta patch installation.

robertbiagini, I have reapplied the official V1.00.06 update of the game. Could you please try to upload your turn now?

The beta should have nothing to do with the PBEM server. Nothing changed on that end.

I checked and compared the source code. Nothing has changed in the PBEM++ code.

I decided to play it safe and took a look at the Unity Engine/Executable files. There was a corruption in the beta that also affected the scenarios.

So what I did was rebuilt it and uploaded it to the cloud drive.

The scenarios also got affected by the corruption. I had to pull the scenarios from an older backup 4 days ago. So now I have to go back and fix the scenario changes I made in the bug list. Just tech mostly in later scenarios and a general name

If going back to 1.00.06 doesnt work because the uploads were also corrupted let me know who the players are and the game ID. It is on the screen of the multiplayer interface when you login. I can then restore the previous turn.

ncc1701e - you need to get the beta I uploaded now and the scenarios I uploaded now.

PM me the information if you can't grab the game and I will restore the previous turns.

My games are also very difficult to get into.I managed one game yesterday against Michealclarady but the other I cant log on to. My game with Marco Marco pmed me and said he could not login. My games with TigercubI dont know if Tigercub have problems or just havent done his turns.

I was able to login to my 3 games and send my turns. But now, it looks like my opponent can't open them.

I don't even know how I came up with idea to redo the build. Nothing else made sense except that the data was being written wrong.

Keep me posted if any problems. And I very much thank you for your continued support. Making games like this literally take about a decade before they start paying off. This is my 1st one on my own.

The original Problem is still here-

The game with magic8796 (MagicMissile) seems to be working.
